Zaila Kayhan is a senior at Tracy High and holds the position of ASB Vice President. This position oversees the class vice presidents, assists the ASB president, and steps up to run meetings and the class when the ASB president is gone. This position also assists ASB with decisions and takes over their position duties temporarily if they are absent. Zaila is a 3 year member of the swim team, the leadership class and is a member of the IB program. She plans to make this year as great as possible given the current circumstances by encouraging a positive atmosphere and getting as many people involved in the activities that are created. Her interests outside of school include: swimming, hiking, and LOVES watching Grey’s Anatomy. Zaila plans on going to a 4 year university to pursue a degree in nursing and strives to become a CRNA (nurse anesthetist). She also plans on traveling as much as she can and seize the day while she can! Her main personal goal for this year is to try and create as many engaging activities as possible given the current restrictions; she wants to follow these guidelines and try and create something fun for everyone to enjoy considering times may not be the best right now. She also wants to create a good relationship with people to help them through these times and be that extra shoulder some people might need.
